It's been a desire of mine since about 1989 to have an indoor aviary.  I wanted to give some small exotic finches a place roomier than some cages and more natural looking than most.  2008- I brought in a pair of Lady Gouldian's at 3 months of age. 

My little male Gouldian loves to explore!  He's usually busy pulling on the artificial vines, leaves, or in this case the sunflower petals on the right.  His job is to BUILD a nest, so he was considering using THIS as his building supplies.  One day he'll have the chance to have a natural setting to pick and chose from.
